Since 1994, BFAIR has dedicated our services, programs, and mission to people of all abilities. During this time, our programs and services have adapted to the community’s needs and expanded the resources available to people with developmental disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injury.
Working with and supporting people with disabilities is the lifeblood of our organization. Inspiring Abilities and Creating Limitless Possibilities is our Vision and our rallying cry and our reason for being. We believe what sets us apart is not only the diversity of our service options but how we do it – the compassion for our work and placing the individual first is the BFAIR difference.
People are the heart of this organization. We strive to ensure that the individuals we serve receive the best quality support to live the life they envision. Respecting our employees, appreciating their passion for their work, and offering career opportunities translate directly into wonderful care for the people we serve.
