Launched in 2023, The Hart Family Fund provides resources to BFAIR focused on retaining quality staff who further the mission of providing quality, individualized care to people of all abilities.
A donation to the Hart Family Fund will provide resources and support to staff for education and appreciation.

Staff members Theresa Denette and Haelie Paquette are recipients of Tuition Assistance through the Hart Family Fund.
The Hart Family have been engaged with BFAIR for over two decades through a family member receiving day and residential services from BFAIR. The Hart Family has been engaged with BFAIR as longtime supporters of BFAIR as donors and members of the Family Advisory Council. In 2023, they created the Hart Family Fund for Staff Education and Appreciation. This fund, known as the Hart Family Fund, was created to further support BFAIR in retaining quality staff who further the mission of providing quality, individualized care to people of all abilities. By prioritizing staff’s educational goals, we aim to create a more informed, trained, and stable workforce.
