Our Residences
BFAIR’s Community Residential Services offer supportive, flexible, and individualized living assistance for people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury, ranging in age from young adult to elderly.
The program offers group residential homes, shared living arrangements and AFC (Adult Family Care) placements. Currently BFAIR provides residential services in thirteen staffed homes, and twenty-two shared living homes.
Each person receiving Residential supports has a comprehensive individualized service plan and receives case management support based personal goals and interest. Residents are supported to form and maintain personal relationships, make informed decisions, to participate in meaningful and productive activities and to live as independently as possible which may include the use of assistive devices and accessible accommodations.
