BFAIR’s Community Residential Services offer supportive, flexible, and individualized living assistance for people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury, ranging from young adults to the elderly.
The program offers group residential homes. Currently, BFAIR provides residential services in thirteen staffed homes.
Each person receiving Residential support has a comprehensive individualized service plan and receives case management support based on personal goals and interests. Residents are supported to form and maintain personal relationships, make informed decisions, participate in meaningful and productive activities, and live as independently as possible which may include the use of assistive devices and accessible accommodations.
We are a national and state accredited human service agency responsive to the unique needs of people with disabilities and their families through:
These are our guiding principles. We strive to be the Berkshire’s premier service provider for persons with cognitive disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries. It’s in our DNA and we constantly look for new ways to be the best at serving members of our community.
