Dec. 13, 2022 (North Adams, MA) Tami Minck has been promoted to Director of Quality Assurance from Quality Facilitator and Human Rights Coordinator. “Tami has been a great asset to the Quality Department over the last 8 months providing us with her knowledge and organizational skills and has been a resourceful member of the organization”, states Erin Shea VP of Quality Compliance.

Tami has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Service field. She holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University.

Tami’s primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of quality support and services, ensuring regulations are met and that all programs are adhering to CARF/DDS standards. She also manages all aspects of the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS).


Since 1994, BFAIR has been providing Adult Family Care (AFC), Residential, Employment and Day Services for adults and children with developmental disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.   BFAIR is a proud member agency of the Northern Berkshire United Way and the Williamstown Community Chest.
