BFAIR Promotes Kris Neep to Director of Community Based Day Services

North Adams, MA–Feb. 27, 2024– BFAIR promotes Kris Neep to Director of Community Based Day Services (CBDS). Serving as Assistant Director for the past three years, Kris’s leadership experience and Day program expertise have proven pivotal in restructuring of the agency’s Day Habilitation programs and management of the expansion of our CBDS program.


Kris has been with BFAIR for twenty-six years, working in various programs, including Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Residential, Family, and Individual Support.

 

According to Ethel Altiery, Chief Operations Officer, “Due to her length of service, Kris has gained a wealth of knowledge about providing quality services for people with disabilities as well as national and state licensure and accreditation. She has trained countless Direct Support Professionals and is a key role model and advocate for people served by BFAIR.  I am excited to work with Kris as Director of CBDS. She has been pivotal in the continued growth of our Community-Based Day Program over the past two years, and I anticipate further professional development in this new position.”

Noelle brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Customer Service to the organization, along with a strong educational background. Noelle holds a BA in Sociology from MCLA and has built a diverse professional portfolio with roles including Customer Service Representative for 403b plans, Marketing Specialist, and Group Benefits Coordinator. She is well-versed in training, licensing, onboarding, leadership, HR coordination, and HRIS systems. In her new role, Noelle will spearhead the development of comprehensive training programs designed to support employee career growth, foster leadership skills, and align with BFAIR’s strategic objectives.
