BFAIR Announces Thrilling Promotion of Laura Baran to Senior Director of Employment and CBDS

North Adams, MA – Feb. 29, 2024- In a meaningful celebration of achievement, BFAIR proudly unveils the well-earned promotion of Laura Baran to the esteemed position of Senior Director of Employment and Community Based Day Services (CBDS). This exciting development reflects Laura’s exceptional dedication, remarkable skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence, marking a significant milestone in her career journey with BFAIR.


Laura Baran’s association with BFAIR dates to 2015. Having initially served as a B oard member from 2015 to 2018, Laura seamlessly transitioned into the agency as a R ecruiter, where she has spent the past five years playing a crucial role in supporting the agency’s hiring efforts.  

 

Her professional journey includes significant roles such as Day Program Director at another local nonprofit, Program Manager for the American Cancer Society, and Berkshire County Kids Place. Laura’s wealth of experience extends beyond the professional realm, encompassing community involvement, fundraising, and B oard membership. Her philanthropic spirit is further evident through years of volunteering with organizations such as Northern Berkshire United Way, American Cancer Society, and more.

Noelle brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Customer Service to the organization, along with a strong educational background. Noelle holds a BA in Sociology from MCLA and has built a diverse professional portfolio with roles including Customer Service Representative for 403b plans, Marketing Specialist, and Group Benefits Coordinator. She is well-versed in training, licensing, onboarding, leadership, HR coordination, and HRIS systems. In her new role, Noelle will spearhead the development of comprehensive training programs designed to support employee career growth, foster leadership skills, and align with BFAIR’s strategic objectives.
